How and where we work

We believe good things happen when people work together. That's why Nightingale Health has an office-first culture, helping our teams collaborate, learn from each other, and stay connected.

Our global functions are primarily based at our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. Opportunities in our other locations are currently more limited and are typically focused on local laboratory and commercial operations.

The exact ways of working vary by team and role, but most of our people work regularly from the office. When sending an open application, please consider where the type of work you're interested in is based.

Work authorization and visa sponsorship

Our teams span several countries, and we welcome interest from candidates around the world.

At the moment, we generally require candidates to already have an unrestricted right to work in the country where the position is located, as we're typically unable to provide visa sponsorship for new hires.

Internships and part-time opportunities

Part-time roles: Most of our positions are full-time. Because our onboarding and ways of working are designed primarily around full-time roles, we rarely recruit for part-time positions.

Internships: We don't currently have a regular internship program or accept open applications for internships or trainee positions. If internship or trainee opportunities become available, we'll advertise them.
